A nice size and clean hotel, it's a characterful base for holiday. The location is particularly good, close to other areas, Madrid for sightseeing and a beautiful park, Juan Carlos II, shopping centre and train stop. Barajas district is absolutely worth visiting.

The room was well laid out and neat with complimentary water, massive comfy beds and nice bathroom, met needs well. Restaurant was perfect for a breakfast. The personnel was outstandingly friendly and amiable.

Close to highway, beautiful park nearby, shopping center and train stop nearby. Comfortable and spacious room. Wonderful and helpful staff. Great pool area and free pool towels. Deliciously comfortable bed. Big shower, everything clean. No fridge or tea making facilities, but food and drink available at bar and restaurant. Taxis close by. Nearby Spanish restaurants. Nice bar and swimming pool. 2 minutes walk to Metro. Secure and reasonably priced underground carpark.

Superbly comfortable bed. Excellent staff and service. Nice bar-lounge area. Very useful airport shuttle.
Very uncertain Internet speed, sometimes good (never great), but very often very slow and/or intermittent, disconnecting, etc. Very mediocre Cava by the glass and generally weak wine selection.
